Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original MUGLER packaging, ensuring all designer labels, authenticity cards, and protective seals are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our logistics partner.
